Does the hotel have parking spaces?
Yes, the hotel has a limited number of free parking spaces at the front that we cannot guarantee. We also have a private indoor parking which can be booked on request and availability for the price of €9/night (this indoor parking is included in the Superior Premium rate).

Are there any rooms for physically challenged people?
Yes, we do have two rooms on the ground floor half-adapted for people with disabilities. You should check availability at the reservation process.

What advantages do I get if I make the reservation through the hotel official website?
If you make the reservation through our website or by phone you will always have breakfast included (except low cost rate) and you will find best price guaranteed. Moreover, you will benefit from special offers and discounts depending on season.

Is it possible to have lunch or dinner at the hotel?
We don´t have a restaurant but we do offer in our bar-cafeteria service some snacks, sandwiches or pizzas. In any case, there is a wide gastronomic range within a walking distance and our staff could advise you of the best options.

Does the hotel have sea view?
Although the hotel is located just 100 meters from Las Marinas Beach, we are in the second row so sea view is partial and only from some rooms.

How far is Denia town and port?
We are located in Las Marinas sandy beach, 3km away from Denia town and port. If you don´t have a car there is a bus stop in front of the hotel.

What is the difference between our rooms?
All our rooms are double, with two single beds together or with a double bed. Our Superior and Superior Premium rooms are located on the front of the hotel facing the sea and have a more modern decoration as well as a minibar. Superior Premiums also have more space in the room and a terrace of 14m2 compared to the Superiors. Finally, the triple rooms have a double bed and a single bed.

There is free Wi-Fi access in the common areas and all of the rooms.

What services include the apartment rate?
Cleaning service before the arrival and after the departure, sheets and towels. The apartments, on request and with an extra fee, can have the services of breakfast or daily cleaning, in the case of breakfast from €5.90/person and day; and of the daily cleaning for €15/day.

Regarding to your pets

May I bring my pet to the hotel?
Your pet is welcome. You should let us know in advance to verify rates and availability given that we have some rooms with its own entrance, ideal for big pets. There is an extra charge per night of 8€ if they are smaller than 6kg and 12€ if larger and they are not allowed in Superior or Superior Premium rooms.

What kind of pet do you accept?
Any kind of pet that is trained and with all the documents in order.

In which area of the hotel may I stay with my pet?
If and when you don’t disturb other guests, you can stay in all the areas of the hotel, except the dining room and the pool area.

Do I share the room with my pet?
Yes, but you are responsible if there is any damage caused by it. You are allowed to leave it alone in the room as long as you provide a telephone number so we can contact you if your pet is making noise and disturbing the rest of the customers.

Can I walk with my pet on the beach?
In Denia, you are not allowed to walk with your pet on the beach. It´s against the law and the fine could exceed 200 €. Moreover, pets must be on a leash and if your pet is bigger than 75 cm they also have to wear a muzzle.
